Who We Are

Two Brothers Media has over a decade of Audio, Video, and Lighting (AVL) and Creative Design experience. From setup and teardown to brick and mortar sanctuaries, from new plants to 100-year-old congregations, we’ve helped dozens of churches in Texas build a strong foundation to thrive on Sundays.

We provide services for churches who need a Production Director but can’t afford one yet, including:

  1. Working with you to identify current struggles and issues in your current setup.

  2. Creating new processes and checklists to streamline setup, production, and breakdown after worship.

  3. Training volunteers to successfully manage Sunday morning from start to finish.

  4. Assisting with equipment procurement and upgrades.

Our Process

1. Assess

Discuss specific challenges and assess the struggles and potential pain points in your current setup.

2. Develop

Replace and resolve issues and create manuals, checklists, and other resources to make processes reproducible.

3. Train

Spend time with your volunteers to create a team dynamic and empower them to create a successful Sunday Morning.

4. Coach

Advise on hiring a staffer and help onboard the role, or coach your current staff to effectively continue implemented changes.
